My Flip-It will not pick up. How do I correct this?

ANSWER: 
  • Make sure the collection tank is not full. If more than half full, empty tank.
  • Check the filter inside the collection tank. If the filter appears dirty, remove it from the collection tank, clean it with warm water and a mild detergent, then allow it to dry completely before re-inserting.
  • Make sure the float is not activating prematurely. If so, a new tank lid can be sent.
  • Make sure the floor nozzle is on tight and snapped into place.
