My Steam Mop is leaking water between the water tank and the filter. How can I correct this?
ANSWER:
Make sure the thin black o-ring is between the insert and the tank, and the cap is tightly closed. Check the tank and cap insert for damage. If needed, a replacement cap insert assembly can be ordered from BISSELL Consumer Services by calling 971-4-8818-597
Make sure the tank is securely pushed onto unit. Check the filter for cracks or damage. Replace filter if needed.
If you require additional assistance, please call BISSELL Consumer Services at 971-4-8818-597
